Self Collection
- When your order is ready for collection, our store staff will contact you via the phone number provided in your order.
- Please present your name and contact number upon collection for verification.
- If the item is available in-store, same-day collection may be arranged.
- If the item is out of stock in-store, it will be ready for collection within a week once restocked.
- Please wait for our confirmation message before heading down for collection.
Local Delivery
- A flat rate of $5 per parcel applies to all local deliveries. Additional charges may apply for oversized or bulky items.
- Orders will be processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.
- You will be notified if there are any unforeseen delays during processing on our end.
- We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost parcels caused by the courier. Once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery service, it is beyond our control.
- If you require urgent delivery, please message or email us before placing your order to confirm if special arrangements can be made.
Overseas Delivery
- All international deliveries are handled by SingPost, and shipping fees are based on parcel weight and destination.
- Please message or email us directly for an accurate shipping quote before placing your order.
- We are not liable for courier delays, customs clearance issues, or lost parcels during international transit.
