Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Refunds are strictly not allowed. Please review your order carefully before completing your transaction.
Exchanges & Returns
- Exchanges and returns are permitted only for defective items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid physical receipt or digital purchase screenshot/confirmation must be presented.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original tags attached.
Process for Exchanges & Returns
- In-Store Processing Only: All exchanges and returns must be conducted in-person at our physical store. We do not offer delivery or postal services for exchanges or returns.
- Item Inspection: Our team will inspect the item on-site upon presentation.
- Exchange Item Selection: Once the defect is verified, you may select an item of equivalent value available in-store for the exchange.
